Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals
who are personally and thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily
caring of others.
In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous
training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Silver Angels Home Care LLC.
Unlike employment agencies and services that use inexpensive independent contractors, Silver Angels Home Care, LLC. only hires direct
employees. The reason is simple, we can provide extensive insurance coverage for both our employees and our clients which
is not possible under the other arrangements.
It also results in a decrease
in employee turnover as they are recognized as key contributors to our overall success and are rewarded accordingly.
